1. Internal business application
Ivy Sales and Marketing (“Ivy”) is operated by Thompson Electric, Inc. for authorized internal business use. It is not offered to the general public, to Thompson Electric customers, or as a service for third parties.
2. Authorized access
A user may connect only an account, business profile, advertising account, analytics property, website property, channel, or mailbox that the user owns or is authorized to administer for Thompson Electric. Users must keep credentials secure, follow applicable company policy, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. User control and responsibility
Ivy provides reports, summaries, recommendations, and drafts to assist business judgment. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether to act. The initial Google release is read-only and does not send email, publish a review reply, create or change an ad, alter a budget, or post public content.
Any future write capability must be clearly disclosed and must obtain the specific authorization required before an action is taken.
4. Acceptable use
Users may not use Ivy to:
- access data without authority or evade a provider's access controls;
- send spam, create misleading content, or violate privacy, advertising, or consumer-protection rules;
- sell, sublicense, scrape, or disclose Google API data outside the permitted business purpose;
- build advertising audiences from Gmail or other Google Workspace user data; or
- interfere with Google's or another provider's monitoring, quotas, policies, or services.
5. Google and YouTube terms
Use of connected Google services is also subject to the Google Terms of Service, the Google API Services User Data Policy, and applicable product policies. By using Ivy features powered by YouTube API Services, the user also agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy explains Google's own data practices.
Google and YouTube are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or responsible for Ivy.
6. Availability and output limitations
Data may be delayed, sampled, thresholded, incomplete, or unavailable because of source-system rules. AI-assisted outputs may contain errors and are not legal, financial, or compliance advice. Ivy is provided for internal operational use without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular business result.
7. Suspension and termination
Thompson Electric may restrict or end access when authorization ends, a provider requires it, security is at risk, or these terms are violated. A user may revoke Google access at any time through the Google Account's third-party connections page and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as Ivy's authorized features change. Questions may be directed to office@thompsonelectricinc.com or 615-547-1844.
